About Founder
Kausik (Kay) is Founder of ETQ® (Entrepreneurial Thinking Quotient).
ETQ® is a patented platform and learning methodology to diagnose and improve Entrepreneurial Thinking. Company’s platform helps develop Entrepreneurial Thinking for the masses – from entrepreneurs to Employees & students using Neuroscience.
He has been part of remarkable start-ups like Silicon Hive (acquired by INTEL in 2011). Silicon Hive was seeded within Philips Corporate incubator in The Netherlands. Silicon Hive was one of the world pioneers in Software programmable processors for high performance computing markets as well mobile computing markets. He has also commercialized new businesses from R&D at Philips Corporate Research labs, Netherlands. Apart from that he is an alumni of Philips and TATA, where he has worked in diverse roles including being principle consultant to TATA Elxsi’s Strategy & CEO office.
He has lived across Netherlands, Singapore, & India.

12 years in the Navy & 20+ years’ experience in the logistics industry
Michel started his working life in the Navy and served onboard warships for 12 years. His last appointment was Commanding Officer of RSS Independence. He previously managed a 350 bed capacity nursing home & 50 clients eldercare services as their COO.
For over 15 of his 20+ years in logistics, he has held leadership positions in MNCs with pan Asia responsibilities. Michael has deep experience in Warehouse Operations, Facility Planning & Design, Network & Inventory Optimisation, IT and Business Development. He has traveled extensively in Asia and set up and run operations in large economies like India, China to smaller ones like Vietnam and Sri Lanka. He is domiciled in Singapore but has lived and worked in China and the United Kingdom.

40+ years’ experience in the corporate and public sectors
Awarded The Public Service Star at the 2019 Singapore National Day. Theng Dar has lived in Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and Singapore, covering Australasia, Middle East, USA, spanning diverse sectors.
A few of his current appointments are: Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman; Chairperson Asia Entrepreneur Exchange; Advisor, SE Asia Region, Shizuoka Prefecture Government, Japan; Global Business Adviser, Miyagi Prefecture Government, Japan & Distinguished Adviser, School of Applied Science, Temasek Polytechnic.
Amongst his previous appointments are CEO - Singapore Business Federation & CEO – Intraco Holdings (SGX listed).

Serial entrepreneur, policy maker (ex-Minister in Singapore), Educator, MNC Leader, Inderjit is also the Founder & MD of Solstar International, a Singapore based Consumer Electronics brand selling in 25 countries of Africa & Asia. He was honored with the Public Service Medal at the 2016 Singapore National Day awards.
In the past he founded United Test and Assembly Center (UTAC) – which became Unicorn in 2001, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX, in 2004). He is the author of the book “The Art and Science of Entrepreneurship” – his entrepreneurial experiences.
His current appointments include being Co-President of the World Entrepreneurship Forum and Adjunct Professor at Nanyang Technological University, College of Engineering.
A few of his previous appointments were – Member of the Board of Trustees at Nanyang Technological University (NTU); Chairman - Board of NTUitive, the Innovation company of NTU. He received the Nanyang Distinguished Alumni Award in 2011 from NTU.
